Seafax is headquartered in Portland, Maine with regional offices nationwide (New York, NY, Tampa, FL, Houston, TX, Long Beach, CA and Seattle, WA) and employs a staff of over 65 professionals dedicated to serving more than 1,200 businesses in the food industry.

Seafax is currently owned by George Babeu, James Bonnvie, Michael DeLuca and David Weatherbie. The ownership group believes in the principle that people and companies cooperatively working together for a common purpose can reach infinitely higher goals.
