George Babeu joined Seafax in 1996 as National Sales Manager and is now President
of our subsidiary, One Source Risk Management and Funding. Prior to joining Seafax,
George was Regional Vice President with American Credit Indemnity, a subsidiary of
Dun & Bradstreet. George also previously served in sales, marketing and
management positions with Dun & Bradstreet Information Services. He holds a
BS degree from Siena College and is a graduate of the NACM School of Credit and
Financial Management at Dartmouth.
Jim Bonnvie joined Seafax in 1985. As President, he oversees the entire Seafax revenue team, our outsourcing
programs, and is the driving force behind new business development. Jim attended the University of Southern
Maine for Business Administration, the Dale Carnegie sales training program and the Boston College
School of Business. Jim is actively involved in the NFI Scholarship Committee.
Mike Deluca joined the Seafax/One Source team in 2005. Mike has been in the credit/finance industry for
over 20 years, starting in the mid 80's with Dun & Bradstreet, where he held several positions on the
credit reporting side, finishing in the customized solutions area. Prior to joining Seafax, Mike spent 16 years
with Euler Hermes, the worlds largest Credit Insurance Company, finishing his tenure with Euler in the position
of SVP National Sales Director U.S. In this role, he was responsible for sales marketing and International
Underwriting. Mike holds several designations in the credit industry and is very active in the
International Credit community.
David Weatherbie joined Seafax in 1995. In addition to his current responsibilities as
Treasurer and Secretary, he oversees the operations of the company. David previously held
the position of VP Finance at Seafax from 1995-2001. Prior to joining Seafax, David was
manager/senior financial analyst at UNUM 's Enterprise Finance Division. He earned a BS
degree in Economics from Bates College and a MBA from the University of Southern Maine.
Frank Martino joined Seafax in 1999. He has spent the last 35 years helping seafood companies
mitigate risk through the understanding of credit principles and data. Prior to being
named to head Seafax Credit Services, Frank founded Seafood Credit Corporation in 1980, which merged with
Seafax in 1999. Frank began his food industry career with Empress International, and served in the
US Air Force. He holds a BA in Economics from Queens College and a MBA in Finance and Marketing
from St. John's University.
Anne Ollmann joined Seafax in June 1992. Prior to heading up the Engineering group, Anne worked her way
through several positions within IT, beginning as a programmer/analyst. The engineering group at Seafax
is responsible for software development (including seafax.com and Eureka) as well as network, systems,
database and telecommunications administration. Prior to joining Seafax, Anne held positions with ITT
Financial Services. She earned a BS in Business Administration from St. Joseph's College.
Beth Gideon began her career at Seafax in 1989 as a credit analyst. She later became acredit reporting manager
before establishing the Special Investigations department. As Editor of Seafax's newswire product, she heads
a group that investigates pertinent and timely food industry news. Prior to joining Seafax, Beth worked in
retail, banking, wholesale food distribution and radio journalism. Beth holds a Bachelor's degree in
Communications from the University of New Hampshire.
Rich Kelly joined Seafax in 1994 as a collection representative and has managed Seafax Collection Services
since 1996. As a member of One Source, a subsidiary of Seafax, Inc., Rich is also a licensed insurance broker
specializing in credit insurance products. Prior work experiences were in the paper industry and managing one
of New England's oldest collection agencies. He has over 25 years of credit and collections experience. Rich
holds a BS degree in Finance from Boston College.
Sheldon Hamilton joined Seafax in January of 1995 as an inside sales rep and has held several positions over
the past 15 years within Seafax's sales department including Southeast sales representative, Northeast sales
representative, Eastern U.S. sales manager, National sales manager and he is currently working on special
growth projects focusing on food manufacturers. Sheldon has a BS degree in Marketing from Mississippi State
University and a 2006 MBA from Babson College.
